These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website vitallefit.com and of the nutrition and wellness consulting services offered by Vitalle Fit ("we"). By accessing the Site, creating an account or purchasing a plan, you ("user" or "client") declare that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Description of the Services

Vitalle Fit offers consulting, guidance and follow-up services in nutrition and wellness, which may include personalized meal plans, educational materials, recommendations and support through digital channels. The Services are informational and advisory in nature and do not replace medical consultation, diagnosis or treatment (see the Legal Notice and Medical Disclaimer).

2. Eligibility

To purchase the Services, you must be at least 18 years old with full legal capacity, or be duly represented by your legal guardians. By purchasing, you confirm that the information provided is true, complete and up to date.

3. User account

Some features require registration. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activities carried out in your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Plans, prices and payments

• The plans and prices are described on the Site, in Brazilian reais (R$), and may be offered on a weekly, monthly or annual basis.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the charge of the amount corresponding to the chosen plan.
• Subscriptions and automatic renewal: recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each cycle, using the same payment method, until you cancel. The renewal amount is the one in effect at the time of the charge.
• Applicable taxes may be added in accordance with the law.
• In case of payment failure, access to the Services may be suspended until the situation is resolved.

Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Service delivery

As this is a digital service and content, delivery takes place by electronic means, as described in the Delivery Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe third-party rights.
• Copy, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the content without authorization.
• Attempt to access restricted areas or interfere with the security or operation of the Site.
• Share your credentials or exclusive content with third parties.

7. Intellectual property

All Site content - including texts, plans, materials, brand, logo, design and code - belongs to Vitalle Fit or its licensors and is protected by law. The client is granted a limited, personal and non-transferable license to use it for their own purposes; any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Medical disclaimer and no guarantee of results

The Services provide educational nutrition guidance. Results vary from person to person and depend on several individual factors. We do not guarantee specific results. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any meal plan, exercise program or use of supplements. See the Legal Notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vitalle Fit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms, fraud or misuse. You may close your account at any time, subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes implies acceptance of the new version.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990). The courts of the district of Araranguá - SC are elected to settle disputes, without prejudice to the consumer's place of domicile, where applicable.
