Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy describes the cancellation and refund conditions for the plans and services of Vitalle Fit, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) and other applicable laws. It complements the Terms of Use.
1. Right of withdrawal (7 days)
As this is a purchase made outside a physical establishment (online), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the purchase date, under Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.
In this case, the amount paid will be fully refunded, using the same payment method. If a significant portion of the personalized content or service has already been delivered and consumed during this period, we may adjust the refund proportionally, always transparently and with prior notice.
2. Refunds after the withdrawal period
- One-time payments: after the 7 days, amounts are non-refundable, except in case of a proven failure in the provision of the service.
- If the contracted service is not delivered as described, you will be entitled to a full refund or re-performance of the service, at your choice.
3. Subscription cancellation
- You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time, with no penalty.
- Cancellation stops future charges. Access remains active until the end of the already-paid cycle, with no proportional refund of the current period, except in the legal or withdrawal cases described above.
- To cancel, send a request to suporte@vitallefit.com with your account details, or use the subscription management option, when available.
4. Automatic renewal
Recurring plans renew automatically at the end of each cycle (weekly, monthly or annual), using the same payment method, at the current price. We will give reasonable notice of price changes. You can cancel the renewal at any time before the next charge.
5. How to request a refund
- Send an email to suporte@vitallefit.com with the subject "Refund".
- Provide your full name, purchase email and transaction date.
- Describe the reason for your request.
We will review the request and respond within 5 (five) business days.
6. Timeframes and refund method
Approved refunds are processed by our payment processor, Stripe, and credited via the same payment method used in the purchase. The time for the amount to appear on your statement or account depends on the financial institution and payment method, and may take from a few days to one card billing cycle.
7. Chargebacks and disputes
If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will be glad to resolve the matter directly and faster.
